Following a period as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Gary Booth has been appointed Citizen's Chief Financial Officer on a permanent basis. Following the appointment of Madeleine Nelson as Chief Operating Officer (notified on 1 July 2021), the Executive Leadership Team of Citizen now comprises:
