CHANGE IN DIRECTOR DETAILS
AIB Group plc announces that its non-executive Director, Mr
Fergal O'Dwyer, has been appointed as a non-executive director of
Hibernia REIT plc, a real estate investment trust which is listed
on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange, with effect from
25 November 2021 .
This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 6.1.67(2) of
Euronext Dublin's Listing Rules and Rule 9.6.14(2) of the London
Stock Exchange's Listing Rules.
