The Company has been informed that Cameron Buchanan, Non-Executive Director, on 04 August 2021 purchased 1,096,954 Ordinary Shares of 0.002p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 0.9125 pence per Ordinary Share. Cameron Buchanan's total shareholding in the Company is now 1,096,954 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
