Artemis Alpha Trust plc (the 'Company') has been notified that Ms Tansy Aspinall, a connected person to Mr Kartik Kumar, fund manager of the Company, has purchased 2,500 of the Company's o rdinary shares of GBP0.01 each (the 'Shares').

Following the transaction Ms Aspinall now holds 28,500 ordinary shares in the Company.
