AVEVA Group plc announces that on 2 June 2021 it was notified of the following share option exercise and sale of shares which took place:

James Kidd, CFO and Deputy CEO

On 2 June 2021, Mr Kidd exercised options over 7,630 shares following the 2018 award under the AVEVA Group Deferred Share Bonus Plan, selling 3,598 of the resulting shares at a price of GBP34.85 per share to settle associated tax and national insurance liabilities and retaining the balance of 4,032 shares.
