SCHEDULE
The person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") in
respect of whom this notification is made is Amish Sabharwal, EVP
Engineering Business Unit.
On 27 August 2021, AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") was informed
of the exercise of options to acquire ordinary shares of 3(5) /(9)
pence each ("Shares") (having met performance criteria and
conditions) in the Company in favour of the above-named PDMR under
the terms of the AVEVA Group Long Term Incentive Plan 2014 and the
AVEVA Senior Employee Group Restricted Share Plan 2015. On the same
day, the PDMR sold the resulting Shares.
