In accordance with Rule 5.6.1R of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), Alphawave notifies the market that as at 29 July 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists of 688,627,877 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each with voting rights.

The above figure (688,627,877 ) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
