Expiry of Unlisted Options

Berkeley Energia Limited ("Berkeley" or the "Company") advises that 15,132,937 unlisted options exercisable at GBP0.75 each expired on 30 May 2023.

Following the expiry of unlisted options, Berekley has the following securities on issue:

   --      445,796,715 ordinary fully paid ordinary shares; 
   --      3,700,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2023; 
   --      25,221,562 unlisted options exercisable at GBP1.00 each on or before 30 November 2023; and 
   --      2,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at A$0.40 each on or before 31 December 2025.
