Director/PDMR Shareholding
Baron Oil Plc (AIM:BOIL), the AIM-quoted oil and gas exploration
company, announces that it was notified on 14 October 2021 that
Andrew Yeo, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has, in order to
transfer part of his shareholding in the Company into his
individual savings account ("ISA"), sold 51,250,000 ordinary shares
of 0.025 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and then
purchased 51,250,000 Ordinary Shares in his ISA. The transactions
took place on 14 October 2021 and further information is contained
in the disclosure tables below.
Following the transactions, Mr Yeo's beneficial interest in a
total of 168,850,000 Ordinary Shares remains unchanged.
