Audioboom (AIM: BOOM), the leading global podcast company, announces the following information in connection with its block admission pursuant to Rule 29 and Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Over March 2021 to August 2021, the Company granted a total of 174,000 new options over ordinary shares in the Company ("New Options"). Application has been made for the additional ordinary shares corresponding to the New Options to be added to the block admission from 10 September 2021.
