BT Group Says UK Government to Probe Altice UK Shareholding Increase

BT Group PLC said Thursday that the U.K. government will look
into the increase by Altice UK of its shareholding in the
telecommunications group from 12.1% to 18%.
The U.K. telecommunications group said it will fully cooperate
with the review.
