--BT Group PLC staff will decide on Thursday whether to take strike action as they seek higher pay amid the cost-of-living crisis, the Financial Times reports.

--If staff vote to take industrial action, it would be the first time in 35 years that workers at the U.K.'s largest telecoms group have done so, according to the FT.
