CPPGroup Plc ("CPP Group" or the "Group")

CPP Group (AIM: CPP) announces an amendment to the Group's Directorate Change announcement published on 13 November 2020 (RNS Number: 1734F). The below disclosure now includes David Morrison's (Chairman) current role as a partner of Palladian Investment Partners LLP which was omitted in error in the original disclosure.

Unpaid creditors, predominantly shareholder loans, amounted to GBP583,109. David Morrison was also a non-executive director of Purepower Group Limited, a privately owned company, which was placed into voluntary liquidation on 25 November 2011.

The Board confirms that no further disclosures are required pursuant to Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies in respect of David Morrison's appointment to the Board of CPPGroup plc.
