In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of 20p of the Company in issue at 30 November 2021 is 123,508,502 with each share holding one voting right.

The Company also holds 36,103,175 shares in Treasury.
