   1.       Unaudited net asset value per share

The unaudited net asset value per share at 31 March 2022 was 594.9 p. This represents a total return per share of 8.7 % during the quarter when compared to the net asset value per share of 558.8 p as at 31 December 2021.

   2.       Share price

The share price has increased by from 473 p to 505 p in the quarter to 31 March 2022. The share price total return for the quarter to 31 March 2022 was 9.4 %. This compares to a decrease in the FTSE Small Cap Index of

7.4 % over the same period.   The discount to net asset value at 31 March 2022 was 15.1 % .

   4.       Net asset value movements

The portfolio of investments has been re-valued at 31 March 2022. The increase in net asset value in the quarter can be attributed to valuation increases at Red (GBP3.0m), Incremental (GBP1.9m achieved on exit) and FRA (GBP0.6m).

   5.       Cash and Commitments

Dunedin Enterprise had cash and near cash balances of GBP 30.3 m at 31 March 2022. Outstanding capital commitments to limited partnership funds are GBP11.6m.

   6.         Dividend

A final dividend of 1.9p per share will be paid to shareholders on 13 May 2022.
