The Company announces that Antony Collins, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 180,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.2p per share on 24 May 2022.

Following this purchase, he holds a total interest of 180,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
