Exercise of Options, Director/PDMR Shareholding and Total Voting
Rights
Frontier Developments plc (AIM: FDEV, "Frontier", the "Company")
announces that on 13 September 2021, Alex Bevis, CFO and Company
Secretary, exercised options over 19,930 ordinary shares of 0.5
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") under the Company's
Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") at an exercise price equal to the
nominal value per Ordinary Share. Subsequently on 13 September
2021, Mr Bevis sold 19,930 Ordinary Shares at a price of 2,755
pence per Ordinary Share. Therefore, Mr Bevis' shareholding of
17,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued
share capital, remains unchanged following these transactions.
The Company has also been notified that on 14 September 2021,
Rockspring, a UK company, sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of
2,700.275 pence per Ordinary Share. David Gammon, Frontier's
Non-Executive Chairman, is a Director of Rockspring and, together
with his family, was beneficially interested in these Ordinary
Shares. Following this transaction, David Gammon remains
beneficially interested in a total of 280,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing 0.71% of the Company's issued share capital.
Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule
5.6.1, the Company confirms that, following the exercise of
Options, its issued share capital consists of 39,372,156 Ordinary
Shares.
The Company does not currently hold any Ordinary Shares in
treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the
Company is 39,372,156.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculation by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
