Falanx Group Limited (AIM: FLX), the AIM listed cyber security business, announces that yesterday Mike Read, CEO, and Ian Selby, CFO, acquired 500,000 and 150,000 ordinary shares in the Company respectively at 1.3 pence per share.

Following this acquisition, Mike Read and Ian Selby are now interested in 15,813,940 and 2,219,348 ordinary shares in the Company respectively representing 3.01% and 0.42% of the current issued share capital respectively.
