Falanx Group Limited (AIM: FLX), the AIM listed cyber security business, announces that it has been notified that yesterday Alex Hambro, Chair, acquired 350,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 1.372 pence per share.

Following this acquisition, Alex Hambro is now interested in 3,100,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.58% of the current issued share capital.
