("Fox Marble" or the "Company")

New Sale Agreement

Fox Marble, the AIM listed marble production company with operations in Kosovo and the Balkans, announces that it has signed an agreement to sell EUR200k of its Alexandrian White material from its quarry in Prilep, Macedonia. The buyer is wholesale supplier of material to building projects across Europe.

The first shipment, of 300 tonnes, has been successfully completed and payment has been received.

Chris Gilbert, CEO, commented: "The market for block marble has been subject to significant disruption due to Covid-19. However, with this agreement and others that are being negotiated and are expected to be announced in due course we are seeing signs of recovery. We expect to see the benefit of these agreements primarily in 2022."
