GCP Asset Backed, which invests in asset backed loans, has today made available to shareholders the notice of its 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). The AGM is to be held on Monday 17 May 2021 at 11:00am at 12 Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3RT.

The AGM notice has been posted to shareholders, submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .
