Exercise of Warrants and PDMR Share Dealing

June 09, 2022. Galantas Gold Corporation (TSX-V & AIM: GAL; OTCQX: GALKF) ("Galantas" or the "Company") announces the early exercise of 83,333 warrants at an exercise price of CAD$0.40 ("Warrants") by Mario Stifano, CEO of Galantas. A total of 17,225,265, CAD$0.40 Warrants from the May 14, 2021, financing remain outstanding and are due to expire on May 14, 2023 (see May 18, 2021 news release).

Following Admission, Mr Stifano will be interested in a total of 483,832 Common Shares representing 0.58% of the Company's issued share capital.

83,333 Common Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on June 14, 2022 ("Admission").

Following Admission, the number of Common Shares in issue in the Company will increase to 83,750,134.

Further details of the PDMR dealings are included below. This information has been provided in accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
