Grant of options
Gamma Communications plc ("the Company") announces that on 25
March 2022 it granted the following nil cost share options over
ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company pursuant to the
Gamma Long-Term Incentive Plan established on 2 September 2014:

The above options are subject to certain performance conditions
having been met during the three year period up until April
2025.
The options for the Executive Directors are subject to a further
two year holding period post vesting before they may be
exercised.
The Company also announces that on 25 March 2022 it granted the
following nil cost share options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence
each in the Company pursuant to the Gamma Deferred Bonus Plan
established on 23 May 2018:

The above options were granted on 25 March 2022 and will vest on
31 March 2025 without performance conditions.
