Gattaca confirms that its founder and Non-Executive Director , George Materna, purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares of a penny each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 253 pence per share on 16 June 2021.

Mr Materna's total interest in the Company is now 8,077,405 Shares, representing 25.01% of the Company's issued share capital.
