On 2 August 2022, Kevin Rountree, Chief Executive Officer of Games Workshop, acquired 2,729 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company in line with the requirements of the Exceptional Bonus Award at a price of GBP76.40 per share.

As a result, Mr Rountree now has an ultimate beneficial interest of 12,072 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
