Gfinity plc (AIM: GFIN), a world leading esports solutions provider, announces that further to the announcement made on 14 March 2022 concerning the "Fundraising to raise GBP2.70 million and Notice of General Meeting", a Circular containing details of the Placing and Subscription and convening the General Meeting, together with a Form of Proxy will be posted to Shareholders by no later than tomorrow, Wednesday 16 March 2022.

The General Meeting will be held at the G nity Arena at Vue Cinema, Fulham Broadway Retail Centre, Fulham Road, London SW6 1BW at 10.00 a.m. on 1 April 2022.
