Holdings in Gresham House Strategic plc ("GHS")

Gresham House (AIM: GHE), the specialist alternative asset manager and investment manager of GHS, notes the RNS PDMR announcement made by GHS on 23 August 2021.

GHE, together with its senior staff, fund managers that manage GHS's portfolio, and advisers that act as GHS Investment Committee members, now own 967,538 shares in GHS representing approximately 28% of the issued share capital of GHS.
