Total Voting Rights

Gama Aviation Plc, the global business aviation services company, announces that further to the Company's announcement on 21 January 2021, the Company has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 25,000 Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. Admission to trading of the new shares is expected on 1 February 2021.

Following the issue of shares, for the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary shares of one pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in issue as at the date of this notice is 63,661,279 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. Accordingly, this figure of 63,661,279 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the AIM Rules for Companies or the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
