DIRECTORATE CHANGE

The Board of Greencore Group plc ('Greencore' or the 'Group') today announces that Mr. Gordon Hardie stepped down as a Non-Executive Director of the Board with effect from 3 May 2022. Gordon joined the Board in February 2020 and has played an invaluable role in driving the Board's agenda, strategy and purpose.

Commenting on the Board change, Mr. Gary Kennedy, Executive Chairman of Greencore, said: "On behalf of the Group and the Board, I would like to thank Gordon sincerely for his outstanding dedication and contribution to the Group over the past two years. Gordon has been an exceptional Non-Executive Director and we wish him the very best in his future endeavours."
