DIRECTORATE CHANGE

The Board of Greencore announces that Non-Executive Director, Mr. Paul Drechsler has decided not to seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting which will be held on 26 January 2023 ('2023 AGM') in order to spend more time on other business interests. Consequently, he will retire from the Board with effect from the conclusion of the 2023 AGM.

Commenting on Mr. Drechsler's decision, Mr. Gary Kennedy, Chair of Greencore, said: "On behalf of the Group and the Board, I would like to thank Paul for his commitment and valuable input during his tenure. Paul has brought great insight to the Board and we wish him every success in his future endeavours".
