Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons

The Go-Ahead Group plc (the "Company") makes the following notification pursuant to the UK Market Abuse Regulation.

Computershare Trustees Limited, as Trustee of the Company's all-employee Share Incentive Plan (the "SIP"), notified the Company on 30 September 2022 that it purchased ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company on behalf of the following person discharging managerial responsibility at a price of GBP15.44 per share on 30 September 2022.

The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail of the number of shares purchased under the SIP on 30 September 2022.
