by a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in
ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of GBP0.02
("Shares") of which it was notified on 22 June 2022.
Roisin Currie acquired 84 Shares pursuant options granted under
the Greggs 2019 Save a You Earn Scheme.
The Shares were acquired at an option price of GBP14.84 per
Share.
