Greggs plc (the "Company") announces the following transaction
by a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in
ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of GBP0.02
("Shares") of which it was notified on 28 March 2022.
Richard Hutton acquired options over 23,607 Shares pursuant to
the Company's Performance Share Plan.
