The Company announces that John Leggate, Chair and Non-Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), on 12 May 2021, has transferred 16,750 ordinary shares from an account managed on his behalf into an ISA. These shares were sold at a price of 117.975 pence per share and then repurchased at a price of 117.97.

In total John Leggate remains interested in 37,415 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0107% per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
