The Company announces that John Leggate, Chair and Non-Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), on 11 April 2022, has transferred 13,260 ordinary shares from an account managed on his behalf into an ISA. These shares were sold at a price of 153 pence per share and then repurchased at a price of 153.20 pence per share.

In total John Leggate remains interested in 87,375 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02% per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
