First interim dividend

for the year ending 30 September 2021

The directors of Ground Rents Income Fund plc (the "Company") have declared a fourth interim PID dividend of 0.99 pence (net) per share for the period from 1 October 2020 to 31 December 2020, payable on 19 February 2021 to shareholders on the register on 29 January 2021.

 Pay date             19 February 2021 
 Dividend per share   0.99 pence (net)

The dividend level has not changed over the quarter and reflects the ground rent income generated by the portfolio. Although ground rent receipts are currently in line with the same period in the previous year, future dividends will be reviewed in light of COVID-19 and any related impact on net income.
