GreenRoc Mining Plc (AIM: GROC) announces that on 3 December
2021 Jim Wynn, the Company's Finance Director, purchased 73,382
ordinary shares of GBP0.001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 6.8 pence per share.
In addition, on 6 December 2021, Jim Wynn transferred his entire
existing shareholding of 50,000 Ordinary Shares from a trading
account into his ISA account. These Ordinary Shares were sold at a
price of 6.8 pence per share and re-purchased to be held in Mr
Wynn's ISA account at 6.91 pence per share.

Shares and resulting shareholding following the purchase.
