Director/PDMR Shareholding
GYG (AIM: GYG), the market leading superyacht painting, supply
and maintenance company, has been notified that on 23 August 2022,
Richard McGuire, Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Company,
and Rupert Savage, Chief Commercial Officer of the Company,
purchased 324,193 and 350,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.002 each in
the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively, at a
price of 17 pence per share. The resultant shareholdings of Richard
McGuire and Rupert Savage are 324,193 and 3,066,981 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.70% and 6.58% of the total issued share
capital respectively.
