Director 's Shareholding
Helios, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and
consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's , was informed on 19
November 2021 that , on the same day, The 1609 Fund Ltd , which is
under the management of ILS Capital Management Ltd, a Company which
Tom Libassi, Non-Executive Director of the Company , co-founde d
and is managing partner of, purchased 175,000 ordinary shares of 10
pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 160 pence each. Mr
Libassi is also a director of The 1609 Fund Ltd.
Following the completion of the above transaction , f unds under
management of, or associated with, ILS Capital Management Ltd, hold
in aggregate 13,347,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately
19.4 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
