    Result of AGM

    The Board of IFR Capital PLC is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company, held today, all resolutions put
to shareholders were duly passed.

    Heiner Kamps, CEO of IFR, stated that "The company continues to be satisfied with the integration of the group and the building of its
brands, however the backdrop of the commodity markets has become more difficult.

    With respect to the financial markets, and the Company's capital structure, the refinancing of the Company's preference shares may not
take place at the end of June as previously expected.

    The Board is investigating what steps it can take to advance the company's business plan."
