IG Group Holdings plc ( " IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 1 August 2023, as announced on 2 August 2023:

 Highest price paid per share:           685.00p 
 Lowest price paid per share:            670.50p 
 Volume weighted average price paid 
  per share:                             676.78p

IG Group intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following the cancellation of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 398,608,349.

Since 2 August 2023, IG Group has purchased 6,501,686 shares at a cost of GBP43,950,522.36 (excluding fees and taxes).
