Acquisition of Archers Law LLP

Knights, one of the fastest growing legal and professional services businesses in the UK , is pleased to confirm that the acquisition of Archers Law LLP ("Archers") has now completed, in line with the timeframe announced in the acquisition announcement of 1 November 2021. Accordingly a total of 395,060 new ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each have been issued to the vendors of Archers to satisfy the share-based consideration on the acquisition.

Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of these 395,060 shares which is expected to occur on 29 November 2021. Following admission, Knights will have 83,892,589 ordinary shares in issue with each ordinary share carrying the right to one vote . The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 83,892,589. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interests in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
