("Luminar" or the "Company")

Further to the Company's announcement on 26 October 2011, the Company has today appointed Alan Bloom, Alan Hudson and Tomislav Lukic of Ernst and Young LLP as joint administrators of the Company. The joint administrators will in due course make an application to delist the Company's shares, which will remain suspended until that time.
