The conditional agreement announced on 12 December 2022 for the
acquisition by Microsoft Corporation ("Microsoft"), of 21,164,022
voting ordinary shares in London Stock Exchange Group plc ("LSEG")
from York Holdings II Limited and York Holdings III Limited has now
completed. The purpose of this notification is to update the market
that, combined with a small existing holding, Microsoft now holds
21,165,375 in LSEG.
