Result of General Meeting

Mila Resources Plc is pleased to announce at its General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed.

Accordingly, the Company has today authorised the issue and allotment of 283,131,057 new ordinary shares of GBP0.01 in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") as detailed in the announcement dated 29 October 2021 in conjunction with the acquisition of an initial 30% interest in the Kathleen Valley gold project ("Kathleen Valley Project" or the "Project") and the exploration licence E36/876 in the Kathleen Valley ("Kathleen Valley Licence").

Admission to Trading on the Main Market

Further to the announcement on 29 October 2021, the London Stock Exchange has conditionally accepted the application for the existing share capital of the Company to be readmitted and for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List by way of a standard listing and it is anticipated that readmission will take place tomorrow, 23 November 2021. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares. The Company confirms that, following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, its issued share capital will comprise 306,331,057 ordinary shares upon readmission. All of these ordinary shares have equal voting rights and none of the ordinary shares are held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 306,331,057 upon readmission.
