      MSB acquires IT contract assets from Leading Edge Recruitment Ltd

MSB International PLC ("MSB" or "The Company"), a leading provider of human
capital and recruitment solutions, announces today that it has acquired the IT
contract base of Leading Edge Recruitment Ltd. ("Leading Edge") a Kent based
IT recruitment business, for an initial cash consideration of #225,000 and a
further maximum cash consideration of #275,000. This acquisition strengthens
MSB's IT staffing business adding significant clients, in addition to MSB's
already UK-wide coverage.

Andrew Zielinski, Chief Executive at MSB, said: "This acquisition demonstrates
our commitment to developing and growing our core IT recruitment business,
in-line with declared strategy, as well as continuing to diversify and invest in
a wider range of recruitment services. The addition of Leading Edge's contractor
base strengthens our business and provides us with an excellent platform from
