Change of Administrator
Oakley Capital Investments Limited(1) (the "Company") announces
that it has today entered into an administration agreement (the
"Agreement") with its Investment Adviser, Oakley Capital Limited,
who will now be providing administrative services to the Company,
with effect from 1 July 2021. The change in provider is designed to
make current processes more efficient and decrease reporting time
scales, to facilitate the Company moving to quarterly NAV
reporting.
The fees payable by the Company pursuant to the Agreement, will
be commensurate with those currently paid to Mayflower Management
Services (Bermuda) Limited ("Mayflower"), the current provider
under the Company's current administration agreement.
Entering into the Agreement with the Investment Adviser will
constitute a related party transaction in accordance with the
Company's related party policy. Pursuant to that policy, the
Company has obtained a fairness opinion from Liberum Capital
Limited, prior to entering into the Agreement.
The Board wishes to thank Mayflower for its services to the
Company since its launch.
