EQT Sells Italian Online Price Comparison Platform Facile.it to Silver Lake

STOCKHOLM--Swedish private-equity firm EQT AB said late
Wednesday that, together with Oakley Capital Investments Ltd., it
has agreed to sell Italian online price comparison platform
Facile.it to Silver Lake.
EQT bought Facile.it in 2018 from Oakley Capital and other
minority owners, with Oakley Capital re-investing into the
company.
The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals
and is expected to close in the third quarter of 2022.
Financial terms weren't disclosed.
