Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG) the international software company
servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering
markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Taylor as a
Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, at the end
of December.
Paul brings over 20 years of boardroom experience as an
Executive and Non-Executive Director, and throughout his career has
remained connected to growth technology businesses. Paul spent a
large part of his executive career with AVEVA Group plc, where as
CFO he was part of the team that delivered consistently high levels
of growth in revenue and profitability both organically and through
acquisition. Paul has also served on the Board on a number of
technology businesses in a Non-Executive capacity supporting
Executive teams in delivering strong stakeholder returns.
Paul is currently Non-Executive Chairman at IQGEO plc, and
Trustee of the CADcentre pension scheme.
