Exercise of Over-allotment Option
Further to its announcement on 4 October 2021 relating to its
initial public offering (the "Offer") and the exercise of the
over-allotment option granted by Oxford Nanopore Technologies plc
(the "Company") to Citigroup Global Markets Limited in respect of
18,501,661 ordinary shares in the Company at the offer price of 425
pence each (the "Over-allotment Option"), the Company announces
that 18,501,661 ordinary shares in the Company have today been
admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List of
the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market
for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange.
